A veteran litigator, Allen Schulman has been involved in over 25 multimillion dollar settlements and verdicts in the state of Ohio, establishing himself as one of Ohio's outstanding trial lawyers.
His successes on behalf of injured clients include an $11.5 million verdict for catastrophic injuries arising out of a railroad crossing crash, a $2.2 million settlement for a worker electrocuted at his job site, a $1.5 million verdict against an insurance company for a client's closed-head injury, and a $6 million settlement arising out of a medical malpractice.
Mr. Schulman is a Governing Trustee of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, Past President of the Stark County Academy of Trial Lawyer and a member of the Ohio Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has been appointed by the Ohio Supreme Court to the Board of Bar Examiners and to the Commission on Certification of Attorneys as Specialists.
A board-certified Civil Trial Advocate, Mr. Schulman has been named one of "The Best Lawyers in America" and is a member of the Martindale-Hubbel Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
In addition, Mr. Schulman is a fellow of the International Society of Barristers, an international organization limited to six hundred members who are "outstanding in the field of trial advocacy".
